Looking for even a better workout you can get dumbbells for water use.  These can be used for various pool workouts and provide even more resistance.

I don’t know about you but as I have become older I can see my energy level’s drain.  Now of course my kids go around most of the day like little energizer bunnies so I started doing a little research for vitamins for tiredness / fatigue.
